VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- EverGen Infrastructure Corp. (“EverGen” or the “Company”) (TSXV: EVGN), is pleased to report the voting results from its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) held on August 25, 2026. A total of 16,172,472 common shares were represented at the meeting, representing 62.43% of the Company’s outstanding shares.

The following is a summary of the proxy voting results for the AGM.

1. Election of Directors

The following individuals were elected as directors for the ensuing year: Chase Edgelow, Mischa Zajtmann, Varun Anand and Blake Almond.
