With more than 20 years of experience, Mitchell has led multidisciplinary teams in developing and delivering world-class theme parks, attractions, live entertainment productions, and immersive experiences, working with internationally recognized entertainment brands such as Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Discovery Cove, Royal Caribbean, and Princess Cruises. Recently, he served as Corporate Director of Creative Experiences and Entertainment for Global Theme Park Development at United Parks & Resorts, playing a pivotal role in the creation of SeaWorld Yas Island,
