First Choice Healthcare Solutions (OTC:FCHS) announced that its Board-approved 1-for-2,000 reverse stock split will consolidate the 32,958,288 common shares outstanding as of June 30, 2026 into approximately 16,429 common shares. Each 2,000 issued and outstanding common shares will automatically convert into roughly one share.
According to First Choice Healthcare Solutions, the reverse split will occur immediately after the planned Form 15 filing or after the effectiveness of the Form F 4 registration statement with the SEC, but before the company’s planned Nasdaq listing tied to its proposed business combination announced on July 22, 2026. The reverse split will not apply to nonpublic investment instruments that were consolidated into Series C Preferred securities and Bridge debtholders with conversion rights and commitment shares as of May 7, 2026.
