(TSXV: FHYD) (OTC Pink: FHYDF) (FSE: FIT) ("FIRST HYDROGEN" or the "Company") advises shareholders that due to the ongoing Canada Postal negotiations, and the proxy cut-off time of 10 o'clock a.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 to the Company's Friday, July 18, 2025 annual general meeting, we strongly recommend that shareholders vote by internet or submit their vote by phone.
Detailed voting instructions are available on the proxy form, which can be found on the Company's website https://firsthydrogen.com/ and filed under the Company's issuer profile on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca.
