ARCHBOLD, Ohio, Dec. 20, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc., (Nasdaq: FMAO) the holding company of The Farmers & Merchants State Bank, with total assets of $2.784 billion at September 30, 2022, today announced that it has approved the Company’s quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share, which is a 10.5% increase over the 2021 fourth-quarter dividend.   The fourth-quarter dividend is payable on January 20, 2023, to shareholders of record as of December 30, 2022.
