DAMARISCOTTA, Maine--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
The First Bancorp (NASDAQ: FNLC), the parent company of First National Bank, today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 37 cents per share. This third quarter dividend is payable October 16, 2025 to shareholders of record as of October 6, 2025.
"The Board of Directors today authorized a dividend of 37 cents per share for the third quarter of 2025," remarked President & Chief Executive Officer, Tony C. McKim. "The dividend continues to be an important component of the Company's value proposition, and we are pleased to pay out a meaningful distribution to our shareholders. Based on a closing price of $26.49 per share on September 24, 2025, the annualized dividend of $1.48 per share represents an attractive yield of 5.59%."
