DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Forum Investment Group today announced that the Forum Real Estate Income Fund (“FREIF” or “the Fund”) surpassed $300 million in net assets under management (AUM) — a major milestone reflecting growing investor demand for differentiated, income-oriented solutions in today’s evolving market.
