First Trust Advisors L.P. announced that the First Trust US Equity Opportunities ETF (FPX) has surpassed $2 billion in assets under management (AUM). FPX aims to match the price and yield of the IPOX®-100 U.S. Index. In 2020, IPOs increased by 25%, raising $76.29 billion, a 74.49% rise from the previous year. Since its launch in April 2006, FPX has achieved a 13.73% average annual total return, outperforming the Russell 3000® Index's 9.85% return.
