TABER, ALBERTA, Oct. 14, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FLEXIBLE SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL, INC. (NYSE Amex: FSI), is the developer and manufacturer of biodegradable polymers for oil extraction, detergent ingredients and water treatment as well as crop nutrient availability chemistry. Flexible Solutions also manufactures biodegradable and environmentally safe water and energy conservation technologies. FSI is also increasing its presence in the food and nutrition supplement manufacturing markets. Today the Company announces the sale of the Company’s Mendota Plant

The Company has sold its main plant in Mendota, IL while retaining a long-term lease at the site for FSI’s ENP division. The small profit or small loss from this action will be accounted for in Q4.
