Gold Strike Resources (TSXV: GSR, OTC Pink: GDSRF) reported completion of its 2026 soil, rock and airborne geophysical programs at the Gold Strike One (GS1) property in Yukon, near Snowline Gold’s Valley deposit. Field crews collected 374 soil and 134 rock samples on 100 m-spaced lines, now at the lab awaiting assays.

The company also discovered a previously unmapped ~100 m x 100 m intrusive outcrop in the southeast of GS1 within an area of historic gold-anomalous soils; initial sampling has been completed with results pending. A 289.34 line‑km heliborne magnetic and radiometric survey on 100 m spacing was flown, with interpretation and integrated results to be reported later. Technical disclosure was reviewed by Qualified Person David Kelsch, P.Geo.

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - August 24, 2026) - Gold Strike Resources Corp. (TSXV: GSR) (OTC Pink: GDSRF) (the "Company" or "Gold Strike") announces the completion of the 2026 soil and rock sampling program on the GS1 property (see Figure 1), which is proximal to Snowline Gold's Valley gold deposit. (see Gold Strike news release dated July 2, 2026 goldstrikeresourcescorp.com/2026/07/02/gold-strike-mobilizes-to-gold-strike-one-project-in-yukon-to-identify-drill-targets/).

Peter Miles, CEO stated, "Gold Strike has been busy over the past two months with some 40 people working on advancing our five properties in Yukon: GS1, GS2, Florin, RJ and FLR (see Figure 1). We are now receiving data from our programs and expect to increase our news flow significantly over the next few months. GS1 is an important property for Gold Strike given its proximity to Snowline's Valley gold deposit and we are pleased that our field crews have completed our 2026 program on GS1 which includes the discovery of an intrusive outcrop that we have sampled. Results are pending."

The intrusion (see Figures 2 and 3) is about 100x100m, although exact boundaries are covered in scree or talus. It is plagioclase rich with notable euhedral lathy phenocrysts sometimes aligned, sometimes not. It has rare biotite as an accessory phase but generally lacks mafic minerals. Trace to 2-3% subhedral interstitial pyrite in the groundmass is typical and has 1cm Fe-oxide weathered selvages along fractures that are generally steep roughly north-south. The intrusive is lacking magnetism and the immediate sedimentary country rock has weak hornfels in select float (biotite in slatey mudstone) and is magnetic. Sampling was limited due to steep terrain; future sampling will be undertaken by high-angle geologists.

The 374 soil samples and the 134 rock samples (see Figure 2) were collected along ridge lines and valley contours at a nominal 100m spacing and have been delivered to the laboratory where they await assay. Results will be reported when received.

Previous soil and rock sampling program highlighted zones where the soils are anomalous in gold and or its pathfinder elements (As, Bi, Sb). This year's program filled in and obtained closer spacing in the gold anomalous zones and sampled new areas giving the property a blanket coverage.

Gold Strike commissioned a 289.34 line-kilometre heliborne geophysical survey over the property which has now been completed. This low level magnetic and radiometric survey flown at 100m line spacing will provide key data that will complement the geochemical results. The Company will provide an update when the final data have been received and interpreted.
