Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 1, 2026) - Gladiator Metals Corp. (TSXV: GLAD) (OTCQB: GDTRF) (FSE: ZX7) ("Gladiator" or the "Company") is pleased to advise that it has received conditional approval to list its CHESS Depositary Interests (each, a "CDI") over fully paid common shares in the capital of Gladiator ("Shares") on the National Stock Exchange of Australia ("NSX"), subject to meeting customary conditions before listing.

Final approval of the listing is subject to the Company satisfying certain customary conditions imposed by the NSX, including receipt of all required documentation, approval of the CDIs and the appointment of the depositary nominee. The Company will advise shareholders once all conditions have been satisfied and it has confirmed the date for when quotation of the CDIs is expected to commence on the NSX. Each CDI will represent an interest in one Share.

Gladiator will retain its primary listing on the TSX-V under the trading symbol "GLAD", and its secondary listing on NSX, under the NSX code "GM1".

Additionally, the Company announces that it has entered into a marketing services agreement (the "Agreement") with Resource Stock Digest ("RSD"), a company based out of Texas, effective September 1, 2026, pursuant to which, among other things, RSD has agreed to provide certain promotional services to the Company in accordance with Policy 3.4 - Investor Relations, Promotional and Market-Making Activities of the TSX Venture Exchange (the Exchange"). RSD has been engaged for a 3-month advertising and marketing program for total cash consideration of USD $150,000 payable in two equal tranches. RSD conducts interviews with the Company and produces Company-approved content that is distributed to RSD's subscriber base and connects issuers to the investment community across North America.

There is no performance factors contained in the Agreement and RSD will not receive common shares or options as compensation. Further, RSD and the Company are arm's length and, at the time of the Agreement, neither RSD nor any of its principals have an interest, directly or indirectly, in the securities of the Company.
