The transaction will also eliminate a call option tied to the minority stake and create a one time improvement by removing the associated liability from Gloo’s balance sheet.$12.1 million - In the first quarter of 2026, Gloo announced its acquisition of EMD, an established Workday Services Partner that provides consulting, implementation and support services to nonprofit, small and mid-market organizations.
