digital asset trading financial
"announced a partnership to provide digital asset trading for the bank's customers"
Digital asset trading involves buying and selling digital items that have value, such as cryptocurrencies or digital tokens, through online platforms. It allows investors to exchange these digital assets much like trading stocks or commodities, offering opportunities for profit or diversification. This activity matters because it provides access to new investment options and can influence market trends and financial innovation.
digital asset infrastructure technical
"signed an agreement with Galaxy's Custody Infrastructure platform"
Digital asset infrastructure is the collection of systems and services that let people create, store, trade and record ownership of digital tokens or cryptocurrencies — think of it as the roads, locks and registration offices for online value. Investors care because the strength, security and rules of that underlying setup affect how easy, safe and legal it is to buy, sell or hold digital assets, which in turn influences risk, liquidity and value.
