USA EPA Application Update:
GMG is also pleased to announce the Company has submitted an amendment application to the United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") seeking approval to manufacture, in addition to sell, graphene and GMG's THERMAL-XR®, G® LUBRICANT and G®FLUID products in the United States. This was based on the advice from the EPA to replace the Significant New Use Notice ("SNUN") the Company submitted in June 2026. GMG expects an EPA approval for this amendment by the end of September 2027 and the existing Consent Order conditions are not impacted for THERMAL-XR® sales into the United States.

GMG is an Australian based clean-technology company which develops, makes and sells energy saving and energy storage solutions, enabled by graphene manufactured via in house production process. GMG uses its own proprietary production process to decompose natural gas (i.e. methane) into its natural elements, carbon (as graphene), hydrogen and some residual hydrocarbon gases.
