Graphite One Announces Updated Graphite Creek Resource and Reserve Estimates, Tripling Proven and Probable Reserves
Rhea-AI Summary
Graphite One (GPHOF) has announced significant updates to its Graphite Creek Project, with the completion of 2023 and 2024 drilling programs supported by DOD funding. The company will file a NI 43-101 compliant Feasibility Study in April 2025, revealing a tripled production rate compared to their 2022 pre-feasibility report.
Key highlights include:
- Proven/Probable Mineral Reserve tonnage increased to 317% of the PFS estimate
- Contained graphite reached 296% of the PFS estimate
- 71.219 million tonnes of Proven and Probable material at 5.22% graphite grade
- 3.7 million tonnes of contained graphite
The results come from just 1.2 miles of the total 9.5-mile long geophysical anomaly. The company plans to develop a complete U.S.-based graphite supply chain, including an advanced material manufacturing plant in Warren, Ohio, and a recycling facility.
Positive
- Proven and Probable Mineral Reserve tonnage increased by 317%
- Contained graphite reserves increased by 296%
- DOD funding accelerated feasibility study completion by 15 months
- Project scope represents only 1.2 miles of 9.5-mile anomaly, indicating significant growth potential
- Deposit remains open for expansion down dip and along strike
Negative
- Manufacturing and recycling facilities development subject to financing
- Currently generating no revenue as project is still in development phase

Through 2022, 2023 and 2024, 90 holes have been drilled in the resource area for a total of 13,482 meters of drilling. The resource database consists of 22,806 assays. The resource remains open down dip, and along strike to the East and West.
The Mineral Resource Estimate for Graphite Creek was updated with data through the 2024 drilling program. The methodology used was the same as that described in the PFS. A lower cut-off grade of

b) | Mineral Resources are inclusive of Mineral Reserves. Mineral Resources that are not Mineral Reserves have not demonstrated economic viability. There is no certainty that any part of a Mineral Resource will ever be converted into Reserves. |

Additional trenching and/or drilling will be required to convert Inferred Mineral Resources to Indicated or Measured Mineral Resources. It cannot be assumed that all or any part of the inferred resources will ever be upgraded to a higher resource category. |
