ATLANTA, Sept. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Graphic Packaging Holding Company (NYSE: GPK), a global leader in sustainable consumer packaging, today announced that Tatiana Berardinelli has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective Sept. 8. She will report to President and Chief Executive Officer Robbert Rietbroek and serve on the Company's Executive Leadership Team.

Berardinelli's impact across 25 years of global human resources leadership in packaging, specialty chemicals, coatings and advanced materials uniquely positions her for this role. She joins Graphic Packaging from Multi-Color Corporation (MCC), a global label and packaging solutions company with more than 13,000 employees, where she served as Chief Human Resources Officer and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
