("GeoSim") to prepare an updated Mineral Resource Estimate ("MRE") for the Sarfartoq Neodymium‑Praseodymium ("Nd‑Pr") Rare Earth Magnet Project in southwest Greenland, in accordance with United States Securities and Exchange Commission Regulation S‑K 1300 ("S‑K 1300").
