Following the commencement of trading on the OTCQX, Getty is implementing several capital markets initiatives intended to expand investor awareness and support an active and orderly market for its common shares.

To increase its visibility among investors and broaden its market reach, the Company has engaged Investing News Network ("INN") to provide digital marketing and investor awareness services for a term of eight months for total consideration of $40,000, plus applicable taxes, payable as an initial deposit of $15,000, with the remaining balance payable in two equal installments over the term of the agreement. The services are intended to increase awareness of the Company among the investment community through INN's digital network and marketing platform.

INN is a private company headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, that operates a digital media platform focused on news, education and investor awareness for the resource, technology and life sciences sectors. INN and the Company are arm's-length parties. To the knowledge of the Company, neither INN nor its principals have any direct or indirect interest in the Company or its securities, nor any right or intent to acquire such an interest, except as may arise through ordinary course of trading.

The Company has also retained Venture Liquidity Providers Inc. ("VLP") to initiate its market-making service to provide assistance in maintaining an orderly trading market for the common shares of the Company. VLP is a specialized consulting firm based in Toronto providing a variety of services focused on TSX-V-listed issuers.

The market-making service will be undertaken by VLP through a registered broker, W.D. Latimer Co. Ltd., in compliance with the applicable policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and other applicable laws. For its services, the Company has agreed to pay $5,000 per month. The agreement has no fixed term and may be terminated at any time by the Company or VLP. The Company and VLP act at arm's-length, and VLP has no present interest, directly or indirectly, in the Company or its securities. The finances and the shares required for the market-making service are provided by W.D. Latimer. The fee paid by the Company to VLP is for services only.

Both agreements remain subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
