KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, July 31, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Graphjet Technology (“Graphjet” or “the Company”) (Nasdaq:GTI), a leading developer of patented technologies to produce graphite and graphene directly from agricultural waste, today announced that it has received formal notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) stating that it is now in compliance with all applicable listing standards.

As previously announced, the Company was notified by Nasdaq on June 4, 2024, that it was not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) as a result of the Company’s failure to have timely filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2024, with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Based on the June 20, 2024, filing of Graphjet’s Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2024, Nasdaq determined that the Company now complies with the Rule.
