Analysis

The stock dropped -20.9% in the session following this news. A negative reaction despite the company having paid its outstanding Nasdaq fee balance would fit a pattern where regulatory and listing risks weigh heavily on sentiment. The stock traded at $0.201, about 95.19% below its 52-week high before this notice, reflecting prior stress. Repeated Nasdaq deficiency letters, internal control weaknesses, tax liabilities, and reliance on new financing all add to perceived risk, so fee-related delisting language could reinforce concerns even if the immediate balance has been settled.

Recent Nasdaq compliance issues have generally led to negative price reactions, while strategic/partnership news has produced mixed outcomes with both strong gains and notable selloffs.

Recent Company History

Over the last two months, Visionary has balanced strategic pivots with mounting compliance pressures. Positive updates included a proposed US$20 million anti-aging investment in Qingdao and a distribution agreement for V-series products with projected annual revenue of $10M–$15M, plus a US$12 million exclusive aesthetics agreement and exit from non-core businesses. In contrast, multiple Nasdaq deficiency letters on filing timeliness and minimum bid price, and internal control and tax issues in regulatory filings, highlight ongoing operational and listing risk that frames today’s fee-related delisting notice.

"it was not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(f) due to"
A Nasdaq listing rule that requires publicly traded companies to promptly notify the exchange if they fail to file required periodic reports, such as quarterly or annual financial statements. For investors, this is like a public warning light indicating a company missed a scheduled update; it matters because missed filings can signal operational, accounting or governance problems and may trigger regulatory scrutiny or delisting, increasing investment risk.

"Nasdaq would file a Form 25-NSE with the Securities and Exchange"
Form 25‑NSE is an official filing used to notify the stock exchange that a company’s securities are being removed from trading on that exchange, similar to handing in a key when a shop closes. Investors care because removal ends public trading on that venue, often cutting liquidity and making it harder to buy or sell shares, which can affect a stock’s price and how quickly investors can access cash or exit positions.
