Amsterdam, 5 January 2026 - Heineken N.V. (EURONEXT: HEIA; OTCQX: HEINY) hereby reports transaction details related to the first €750 million tranche of its €1.5 billion share buyback programme as communicated on 12 February 2025.

From 29 December 2025 up to and including 2 January 2026 a total of 36,210 shares were repurchased on exchange at an average price of € 69.02. During the same period, 5,641 shares were repurchased from Heineken Holding N.V.

Up to and including 2 January 2026, a total of 9,886,884 shares were repurchased under the share buyback programme for a total consideration of € 703,319,216 (including shares repurchased from Heineken Holding N.V.).
