Designations reflect Humana’s continued commitment to a caring culture that supports employees, members and communities

LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM), one of the nation’s leading consumer healthcare companies, has earned 2026 Great Place To Work Certification™ for the fifth consecutive year and has again been named to the PEOPLE Companies That Care^® list. Together, these recognitions reflect Humana’s continued focus on building a workplace where employees feel supported, connected to purpose and empowered to make a meaningful impact.

Great Place to Work certification is based on direct employee feedback about workplace culture, trust, and overall experience. In 2026, 79% of Humana employees said the company is a great place to work, compared with 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company. Survey results also highlight that 90% of employees said they feel welcome when they join the company, 86% said they feel good about the ways Humana contributes to the community, and 84% said people care about each other at Humana.
