Humana Launches Medicaid Plan in Virginia

Virginia Cardinal Care beneficiaries are now able to choose Humana Healthy Horizons for their health care coverage

LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Humana Healthy Horizons is now a Medicaid plan option for Virginians covered by Virginia Cardinal Care.

Humana is one of five plan administrators Cardinal Care selected as part of a statewide Medicaid managed care procurement issued last year. All individuals currently covered by Virginia Cardinal Care are eligible to enroll in the newly launched Humana Healthy Horizons plan.
