The arbitration process began in January 2023 after Samsung's previous license to InterDigital's cellular wireless and video technologies portfolio expired on December 31, 2022.

(Nasdaq: IDCC), a mobile, video and AI technology research and development company, today announced that its arbitration with Samsung Electronics has concluded and that the two companies have entered into a new patent license agreement.
