Integrated Quantum USA, LLC provides IQT with a U.S. legal entity to support contracting and commercial activities in the United States, including potential engagements with U.S. government agencies and commercial enterprises.

The establishment of the U.S. Subsidiary supports IQT's broader commercialization strategy for VEIL™ and other technologies within the Company's enterprise AI infrastructure portfolio, while complementing its existing Canadian operations.
