(TSX:ILLM) (OTCQB:ILLMF) (“illumin” or the “Company”) today announced changes to its board of directors (the “Board”) and the composition of its audit committee (“Audit Committee”) and corporate compensation and governance committee (“CCGC”). The Board has received and accepted the resignations of directors Roger Dent, Michele Tobin, and Yishay Waxman, effective February 1, 2026.
