("ChipMOS" or the "Company") (Taiwan Stock Exchange: 8150 and Nasdaq: IMOS), an industry leading provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and test services ("OSAT"), today reported its unaudited consolidated revenue for the month of March 2026 and for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026. All U.S. dollar figures cited in this press release are based on the exchange rate of NT$32.05 to US$1.00 as of March 31, 2026.

The Company noted it is benefiting from a persistent AI-related demand/supply imbalance, with strong revenue growth driven by robust demand for high-value memory solutions, particularly in data center and AI applications, which is also improving longer-term visibility.
