Invesco's 2025 Investment Outlook presents three scenarios for global markets. The base case anticipates significant monetary policy easing fostering an attractive environment for risk assets as central banks achieve a 'soft landing.' The outlook expects US economy to grow near potential rate, with Fed lowering policy rates toward neutral in 2025. While Eurozone faces structural challenges, rate cuts should help push economic growth up. Japan is expected to reaccelerate in 2025, while China may see modest deceleration.
