Over the last few weeks, Jaguar reported multiple seemingly positive milestones: statistically significant crofelemer trial data for dogs on Apr 29, late-breaking ESPGHAN abstracts on Apr 24, an extension and 1-for-35 reverse split on Apr 27, an expanded Neonorm Dog franchise on May 4, and an FDA Breakthrough Therapy dialogue on May 6. Despite this, each event coincided with share price declines, making today’s positive reaction to the Nasdaq compliance update a departure from that pattern.
