Kish Bancorp, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.39 Per Share

STATE COLLEGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kish Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX: KISB) (“Kish” or the “Company”), parent company of Kish Bank, today announced that on January 2, 2025, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.39 per share. The dividend will be payable January 31, 2025, to shareholders of record on January 15, 2025.
