ABERDEEN, Scotland--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- KNOT Offshore Partners LP (NYSE:KNOP) (“The Partnership”)

Distribution for 3Q 2026

The Partnership announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution with respect to the quarter ended September 30, 2026, of US$ 0.10 per common unit.

This cash distribution will be paid on November 12, 2026, to all unitholders of record as of the close of business on October 26, 2026.

This distribution reflects the Partnership’s belief, as outlined on May 28, 2026, that the combination of accretive dropdowns and improvements from rechartering should support multiple, gradual distribution increases over the coming quarters and years.
