Kinetik Announces Third Quarter Dividend and Financial Results Timing

HOUSTON & MIDLAND, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kinetik Holdings Inc. (NYSE: KNTK) (“Kinetik” or the “Company”) has declared a cash dividend of $0.75 per share ($3.00 on an annualized basis) for the third quarter ended September 30, 2023. The announced quarterly dividend is consistent with prior communications and will be paid on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 to shareholders of record as of market close on Monday, November 13, 2023.

Kinetik will host its third quarter 2023 results conference call on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at 8:00 am Central Standard Time (9:00 am Eastern Standard Time) to discuss third quarter results. The Company will issue its earnings release after market close on Wednesday, November 8, 2023.
