Liberty Defense Holdings (OTCQB: LDDFF) has appointed David S. Kris to its newly formed Strategic Advisory Board, which will have up to nine members. Kris, a former Assistant Attorney General for National Security, brings extensive experience from both public and private sectors. He previously led the National Security Division of the US Department of Justice, served as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Time Warner, and founded Culper Partners LLC, a firm specializing in public policy, security, geopolitics, and law.
The appointment aims to help Liberty Defense scale its AI-based next generation detection solutions for concealed weapons and threats. Kris's expertise in national security law and his experience advising the US Intelligence Community will contribute to Liberty's mission of enhancing public safety while maintaining efficiency and privacy.
