(OTCQX®: LFGP) (the “Company”), the holding company for Ledyard National Bank (the “Bank”), today announced that Betsey Rhynhart has been appointed to the Board of Directors of both Ledyard Financial Group, Inc. and Ledyard National Bank, effective immediately.
