Lugee Li to Head Liquidmetal Asia Holdings

LAKE FOREST, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Liquidmetal® Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: LQMT), On May 28, 2025, the Board of Directors of Liquidmetal Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) approved the appointment of Professor Lugee Li to manage the operations of Liquidmetal Asia Holdings Ltd (“LMAH”), the Company’s wholly-owned Hong Kong-based subsidiary.

Professor Li served as the Company’s CEO from November 2016 to July 2021, and has remained on its Board as Chairman. The Company recently established LMAH to facilitate business development opportunities throughout Asia, including the exploration of new, additional manufacturing sites for the Company’s bulk metallic glass business.
