(NASDAQ: MSBI) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share of its common stock. The dividend is payable on November 24, 2023 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 17, 2023.

The Board of Directors also declared a cash dividend of $0.4844 per depository share on its 7.75% Fixed-Rate Reset Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A. The dividend will be payable on January 2, 2024 to stockholders of record as of December 15, 2023.
