Under the terms of the agreement, MainStreetChamber Holdings, Inc. (MSCH U.S.: OTC) will obtain equity and licensing rights in kathy ireland Kids, kathy ireland Laundry, and kathy ireland HOME. Last year, Ms. Ireland was inducted into the International Licensing Hall of Fame.
