Nu-Med Plus (OTCQB: NUMD) announced the completed acquisition of Avid Gold and its wholly owned subsidiary Maritimes Gold, a Canadian gold exploration and development company. Nu-Med and its subsidiaries also entered into a Mineral Property Purchase Agreement with MegumaGold and its subsidiaries to acquire six gold properties in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador.
