(NYSE: OBK) ("Origin"), the holding company for Origin Bank, today announced that on October 22, 2025, its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of its common stock. The cash dividend will be paid on November 28, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 14, 2025.
