Osisko Gold Group (NYSE: OGG, TSXV: OGG, TSX: ODV) reported final results from its Lowhee Zone infill drilling program at the 100%-owned, permitted Cariboo Gold Project in British Columbia. The 2025–2026 program comprised 17,072 metres in 185 diamond drill holes, designed to refine local short-term resource models and mine planning.
According to Osisko Gold, preliminary internal reconciliation in two areas showed in Zone 1 approximately 30% more tonnes and 6% more gold ounces at about 18% lower grade, and in Zone 2 roughly 8% fewer tonnes and 8% more gold ounces at about 16% higher grade versus the existing short-term model. The work broadly supports continued use of existing geological and mine-planning assumptions and improved understanding of spatial variability. Average core recovery improved from ~92% in 2025 to ~94% in 2026. Subject to Appian Capital’s review and other conditions, Osisko Gold anticipates satisfying the technical conditions precedent for the remaining undrawn US$350 million under its senior secured project loan facility in Q3 2026.
