Olenox Industries Reports September Bitcoin Production as Recent Acquisitions Expand Energy-Powered Digital Infrastructure Strategy

Completed Wildboy and Odin acquisitions expand the energy platform supporting Olenox's planned gas-powered computing infrastructure.

Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

Olenox Industries (NASDAQ:OLOX) reported that its CS Digital Ventures operations earned approximately 15.03 Bitcoin during September 2026 from third-party hosted mining. Average operational hashrate, a measure of computing power, was approximately 1.04 exahashes per second, with 68% uptime. Seasonal power curtailments intended to reduce 2027 transmission costs and reduced miner clock speeds at Pyote to protect equipment from summer heat affected operations.

The curtailment season ended September 30; Olenox expects normal clock speeds in November, subject to operating conditions. Completed Wildboy and Odin acquisitions expand its energy platform. Olenox plans to convert controlled natural gas into computing power near generation, targeting lower energy costs and additional computing applications. That planned infrastructure is distinct from September's hosted operations. All September figures are preliminary, unaudited and subject to final review.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

Key Terms

hashrate, exahashes per second, power curtailments, unaudited
4 terms
hashrate technical
"average operational hashrate of approximately 1.04 exahashes per second"
Hashrate is a measure of how quickly a computer network can process and verify transactions, often expressed as the number of calculations it can perform in a second. Think of it like the engine power of a car; the higher the hashrate, the more work the network can do in a given time. For investors, a higher hashrate generally indicates a more secure and robust network, which can influence confidence and the value of related digital assets.
exahashes per second technical
"approximately 1.04 exahashes per second"
A measurement of computational speed equal to one quintillion (10^18) cryptographic hash calculations per second, commonly used to describe the processing power of cryptocurrency mining networks or mining fleets. It matters to investors because higher exahashes-per-second indicate greater mining capacity and network security, and they help gauge potential mining revenue, competitive scale, and capital intensity — like comparing how many workers a factory can run per shift.
power curtailments technical
"seasonal power curtailments intended to reduce transmission costs"
A reduction in the electrical output a power generator is allowed or required to produce, imposed by a grid operator, market signal, or the generator itself when system needs, transmission limits, weather conditions, or contractual terms prevent full production. Curtailments can be ordered (mandatory) or voluntary, are typically temporary rather than permanent, and are implemented by instructing a plant or facility to lower generation or disconnect some capacity; they differ from outages in that they intentionally limit output while the unit remains available to run. Whether a curtailed generator receives payment for the lost output depends on market rules, reserve or curtailment compensation mechanisms, and any bilateral contracts or regulatory arrangements.
unaudited financial
"All September operating figures are preliminary, unaudited"
"Unaudited" describes financial statements or reports that have not been examined or verified by an independent accountant or auditor. Because they haven't undergone this review, they may not be as reliable or accurate as audited reports, making them less certain for investors to rely on when assessing a company's financial health. Think of it as a preliminary estimate that could change once checked by an expert.

CONROE, TX / ACCESS Newswire / October 21, 2026 / Olenox Industries Inc. (NASDAQ:OLOX) ("Olenox" or the "Company"), an integrated energy and infrastructure company, today announced that its CS Digital Ventures, LLC ("CS Digital") operations earned approximately 15.03 Bitcoin during September 2026 as Olenox continues building an integrated platform connecting energy production, power generation and next-generation computing.

The update follows Olenox's recent completion of the Wildboy and Odin acquisitions, expanding the Company's energy platform and advancing its longer-term strategy to connect Olenox-controlled energy resources with power-intensive digital infrastructure.

"September's production reflects the ongoing mining operations we added through CS Digital, while our recent acquisitions expand the energy side of the platform," said Mike McLaren, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Olenox. "Our long-term opportunity extends beyond Bitcoin production alone. We are bringing together energy assets, mining expertise and infrastructure capabilities with the goal of creating a more integrated and economically compelling computing business."

During September, CS Digital recorded average operational hashrate of approximately 1.04 exahashes per second ("EH/s") and uptime of 68%. Operations reflected seasonal power curtailments intended to reduce transmission costs in 2027, along with reduced miner clock speeds at the Pyote site to protect equipment from summer heat.

The summer curtailment season ended September 30, and the Company expects miners to return to normal clock speed in November, subject to operating conditions.

Olenox's longer-term strategy is to convert Company-controlled natural gas into computing power at or near the point of generation, with the goal of lowering energy costs, monetizing available gas resources and expanding into additional high-value computing applications. The Wildboy and Odin acquisitions add to the energy platform supporting that strategy.

The planned gas-powered infrastructure represents Olenox's forward strategy and is distinct from the third-party hosted mining operations reflected in September's results.

All September operating figures are preliminary, unaudited and subject to final operational and financial review.
