(NasdaqGS: OXLC, OXLCL, OXLCO, OXLCZ, OXLCN, OXLCI, OXLCG and OXLCM) (the “Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”) announced today that it has called for the redemption of a portion ($30,000,000 in aggregate principal amount) of the Company’s 5.00% Notes due 2027 (the “Notes”), which are traded on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker OXLCZ. The Company will redeem $30,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the outstanding Notes on August 27, 2026 (the “Redemption Date”). The Notes will be redeemed at a redemption price of $25 per Note, plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon from June 30, 2026 to, but not including, the Redemption Date (the “Redemption Payment”).
