(TSXV: PBM) "Pacific Bay" or the "Company," announces that the Company has granted 2,050,000 incentive stock options (the "Options") to officers and directors of the Company. The Options are exercisable at $0.05 per share for a period of three years from the date of grant. The Options have been granted under and are governed by the terms of the Company's Incentive Stock Option Plan.

About Pacific Bay Minerals

Pacific Bay currently has a portfolio of properties in British Columbia's "Golden Triangle" including the Haskins Reed, 30km East of the Cassiar townsite, and Wheaton Creek projects.
