Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

Premier Development & Investment (OTC: PDIV) has renegotiated its Nevada lithium and uranium exploration transactions to no more than circa $90 million. The transactions concern Hombre, Stonewall Flat and Silverpeak and were initially announced at $130 million. Premier expects detailed regulatory filings over the next 5 to 7 business days.

Chief Consulting Geologist Dr. du Plessis will provide geological reporting and recommendations on further exploration spending, potential asset sales and possible joint ventures. Premier expects its third-quarter report through September 30, 2026, to reflect material costs and capital expenditures funded by shareholder loans, with spending escalating through year-end. That funding is being capitalized into 2-year Convertible Preferred Common Stock.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

PREMIER NOW POSITIONED TO ENACT UPON PRIOR PUBLIC UNDERTAKINGS

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Premier Development & Investment, Inc. (OTC: PDIV) (“The Company” or “Premier”) is now in a position to confirm as follows:

For ease of reference:-

To view all of Premier’s Regulatory Filings: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PDIV/disclosure

To view all of Premier’s New Releases: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PDIV/news

It is confirmed that these relate to Premier’s interests in our Lithium and Uranium Exploration Properties; namely “Hombre”, “Stonewall Flat” and “Silverpeak”; initially totaling an amount of what was announced as $130 million. We have successfully re-negotiated these transactions reducing from what was $130 million to that of no more than of circa $90 million.

We are no longer issuing “Cautionary Announcements” in the dealings in our Class A Common Stock as we are now delivering upon long awaited and very extensive detailed series of OTCIQ Regulatory Filings; these being published in and during the next 5 to 7 business days.

It is with great pleasure that we will now be introducing, to our shareholders, “key members” of our Management Team and primarily that of Dr. du Plessis; our Chief Consulting Geologist; he has held this position since January of 2026. Dr. du Plessis will be taking the lead in our upcoming communications to shareholders and in respect of our fairly extensive Uranium and Lithium Exploration Interests in Northern NV. This will primarily consist of extensive Geological (and other material) Reporting. Dr. du Plessis will be providing extensive and detailed reporting to our shareholders; a complete picture of our Exploration Holdings. His recommendations in respect of further Exploration expenditure and other geological costs will be to be disseminated to our shareholders in the forthcoming days; which will also encompass potential sales of certain Exploration Interests and/or possible Joint Venture Agreements.

We are aware that our stock price is materially undervalued and is trading at unacceptably low volumes. This being despite our delivering our promised “Free Float” increases. This is beyond our control and as of now is being terminated. This, in our opinion, is now being rectified. Your Company’s Management is reasonably confident that the necessary arrangements are in place; and will be executed and as stated.

Our promised Investor Relations and consistent transparency; coupled with material updates; is underway as of now.

We are advising that our Q3 Report to September 30, 2026 will reflect material costs and CAPEX expenditures funded by Shareholders Loans, This will escalate into our Year End being December 31, 2026. This is not a “cash flow” impediment to Premier given that this expenditure has been funded by shareholders and is being capitalized into 2 (Two) Year Convertible Preferred Common Stock. It was necessary to expend these funds in order to further evaluate and to scientifically justify these ongoing exploration costs.
