Pacific Ridge Signs Exploration Agreements with Tsay Keh Dene Nation for the Kliyul and RDP Copper-Gold Projects
Drilling is complete at both projects, but assay results remain pending receipt, review and interpretation.
Sentiment and the balance of points
Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.
Rhea-AI Summary
Pacific Ridge Exploration (PEXZF) signed exploration agreements with Tsay Keh Dene Nation covering its Kliyul and RDP copper-gold projects in Northcentral British Columbia. The agreements establish a framework for communication and collaboration as the projects advance.
At Kliyul, four drill holes totaling 1,524 m were completed at M39 this year. The Kliyul Main Zone has an inferred resource of 334.1 million tonnes grading 0.33% copper equivalent, a measure combining metal content, at a 0.20% cutoff. At RDP, five holes totaling 3,010 m were completed at Day this year. Three holes confirmed continuous copper-sulphide mineralization from approximately 170 m vertical depth over lengths greater than 300 m. Assays for both projects await receipt, review and interpretation. No metallurgical recovery testing has been completed on either project's mineralization.

In addition to KMZ, multiple untested targets remain along a six-kilometre porphyry copper-gold trend characterized by favourable geology, geochemistry, alteration, and geophysical signatures, including the M39 target area (see Figure 2). M39 is associated with a one-km long copper and gold soil anomaly. The target hosts monzonite dykes, magnetite skarn, sodic alteration, and chalcopyrite mineralized quartz veins as well as two circular magnetic anomalies. The Company completed four diamond drill holes, totaling 1,524 m, at M39 this year. Results will be reported when the assays are received, reviewed and interpreted.

Notes for Tables 1 and 2
- The effective date of the Mineral Resource estimate is July 31, 2025.
- The Mineral Resource was estimated using the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum(CIM), Definition Standards for Mineral Resources and Reserves, as prepared by the CIM Standing Committee and adopted by CIM Council.
- There has been no metallurgical testing on Kliyul mineralization. The Company estimates copper recoveries (CuR) of
80% , gold recoveries (AuR) of65% , and silver recoveries (AgR) of65% based on the reported recoveries from Mount Milligan. - The mineral resource is constrained within a pit shell using metal recoveries of Cu
80% , Au65% and Ag65% , an exchange rate of 1.30 CAD: USD, mining cost of C$3.5 /t, process cost of C$7.0 /t, G&A costs of C$3.0 /t, pit slopes of 45 degrees and metal prices of $Cu = US$4.60 /lb, $Au = US$2,600 /oz., Ag = US$30.00 /oz. A fixed bulk density of 2.77 t/m3 was used for the estimation of tonnes. - CuEq = Cu% + (0.6697*Au g/t) + (0.0077*Ag g/t).
- AuEq = Au + (1.4929 x Cu) + (0.0115 x Ag).
- Factors: 22.0462 = Cu% to lbs per tonne, 0.032151 = Au g/t to troy oz per tonne, and 0.032151 = Ag g/t to troy oz per tonne.
- The CIM definitions were followed for the classification of Inferred Mineral Resources. inferred blocks were assigned for blocks with one drill hole within 150 m.
- Mineral Resources are not Mineral Reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability. There is no certainty that all or any part of the mineral resources will be converted into mineral reserves in the future. The MRE may be materially affected by considerations including, but not limited to, permitting, legal, sociopolitical, environmental issues, market conditions or other factors.
- All figures are rounded to reflect the relative accuracy of the estimate. Totals may not sum due to rounding as required by reporting guidelines.

Drill holes RDP-26-017, RDP-26-018, and RDP-26-019, totalling 1,958 m, tested the western magnetic lobe and followed up on drill hole RDP-25-014, which returned 130.8 m of
These drill holes confirmed continuous copper-sulphide mineralization (chalcopyrite +/- bornite) from vertical depths of approximately 170m over lengths greater than 300 m (see Figure 5). Further, the results indicate that porphyry mineralization in the western magnetic lobe is not directly correlated with airborne magnetic vector inversion highs and that magnetic gradients and lows may also host mineralization, broadening the exploration search space at Day. Results will be reported when the assays are received, reviewed and interpreted.
