(TSXV: LALI) (OTC Pink: PFFOF) (FSE: POTA) ("LatAm Lithium" or the "Company") announces that it has elected to adopt semi-annual financial reporting under Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933 - Exemptions to Permit Semi-Annual Reporting for Certain Venture Issuers (the "Blanket Order").

This news release is being filed pursuant to Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933 Exemptions to Permit Semi-Annual Reporting for Certain Venture Issuers.

As an eligible venture issuer listed on the TSX Venture Exchange with annual revenue of less than C$10 million, the Company will no longer be required to file interim financial reports and related management's discussion and analysis ("MD&A") for the three-month and nine-month interim periods of its financial year.

Accordingly, the Company does not intend to file an interim financial report and related MD&A for the three-month period ending August 31, 2026 and the nine-month period ending February 28, 2027, and for subsequent corresponding periods, in reliance on the Blanket Order.

The Company will continue to file:

  • Audited annual financial statements and related MD&A (within 120 days of its financial year-end); and

  • Six-month interim financial reports and related MD&A (within 60 days of the end of the six-month period).

The Company remains committed to timely disclosure of all material information in accordance with applicable securities laws and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
