Coulson, who has been with Principal for 17 years, brings extensive experience in leader development, change management, and workforce planning. Previously serving as vice president of human resources, she has held various senior roles in HR strategy, operations, and total rewards since joining in 2007. She succeeds Jon Couture, who is departing after six years. Coulson will oversee HR operations for the company's nearly 20,000 employees globally.

Coulson previously served as vice president of human resources. Since joining Principal in 2007, she held several senior roles leading human resources strategy, operations, and total rewards. Coulson has significant experience in strategic compensation, benefits design, and executive coaching. Prior to joining Principal, she spent 15 years in human resources consulting and management.
