NEWARK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- PGIM,¹ the $1.4 trillion global asset management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU) announces that the previously disclosed net asset value (NAV) per share of the PGIM Active Aggregate Bond ETF (PAB), PGIM Short Duration Multi-Sector Bond ETF (PSDM) and PGIM Total Return Bond ETF (PTRB) for May 29, 2026, was restated by the amount indicated below on June 1, 2026. This restatement is the result of an accounting error in calculating each exchange-traded fund’s NAV by a third-party administrator. Upon detecting the issue, PGIM acted promptly to direct the third-party fund administrator to correct the error.
