("PriceSmart" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: PSMT) plans to release financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025 on Thursday, July 10, 2025, after the market closes. PriceSmart management will host a conference call at 12:00 p.m. Eastern time (9:00 a.m. Pacific time) on Friday, July 11, 2025, to discuss the financial results.
