NOVATO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- QT Imaging Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: QTI) (“QT Imaging” or the “Company”), a medical device company dedicated to transforming breast health management through innovative, radiation-free imaging technology, today announced that its U.S. distribution partner, NXC Imaging, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc., has entered into a national group purchasing agreement with Premier, Inc. covering the QTI Breast Acoustic CT™ scanner and providing access to nearly 4,400 hospitals and health systems nationwide.

The agreement allows eligible Premier members to access pricing and terms pre-negotiated by Premier for the QTI Breast Acoustic CT scanner through NXC Imaging. The agreement establishes a streamlined purchasing pathway for participating healthcare providers evaluating QTI’s supplemental breast imaging technology.
